Shane Gaddy helps individuals and small business owners strive to achieve their specific financial dreams through thoughtful and diligent planning. He believes a well-formulated plan addresses both short- and long-term objectives, and Shane is dedicated to providing honest guidance that objectively addresses your comprehensive financial needs in every strategy he recommends.

Working collaboratively with his colleague, Kelly Lee, Financial Planner, Shane helps individuals address and develop strategies that assist in building confidence in their financial life. In addition, he provides ongoing and annual reviews to help ensure their portfolio continues to be aligned with their dreams and goals. For business clients, Shane offers a wide variety of expertise including creating retirement plans for small businesses that effectively consider implications to that business’ bottom line and that are also meaningful to employees. He is knowledgeable about a comprehensive range of retirement plans and can help identify the most appropriate retirement plan for a company’s needs, such as Simplified Employee Pension plans, SIMPLE plans and 401(k), pension, and profit-sharing plans.

A Financial Advisor since 1998, Shane brings his own personal business management experience and industry skills to every client relationship. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Certified 401(k) Professional, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and holds his Series 7, 9, and 10 registrations with LPL Financial and the Series 66 registration with IFG Advisory, LLC as well as life, health and variable insurance licenses. Shane has also completed the Wells Fargo Business Advisory Academy Business Succession program that includes a rigorous curriculum of study and lecture focusing on integrated Strategic Planning for Business Owners; Asset Protection and Family Dynamics; Intra-Family Transfers; Sales to Third Parties; ESOPs; and Best Practices. Shane graduated from University of North Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.

Shane is very active in the community. He served as chairman for the Northeast Georgia Community Foundation Investment Committee and chaired the Endowment Committee for Gainesville First United Methodist Church. Previously, he served as Gainesville Jaycees board chairman and is a former president; was a board member for the Humane Society; served on the Membership Committee of the Chattahoochee Country Club and is currently on the Golf Committee. Shane lives in Gainesville with his wife, Emily, their daughter, Clare, and son, Emmett, and is a member of Gainesville First United Methodist Church.
